Dylan's Baseball Season 2009

Well this year Dylan decided he would like to play baseball and it just so happened that Tony was able to coach his team. Both Tony and Dylan did pretty well and Tony is now going to be coaching the 6-8 year old little league all stars team for Ft Rucker. Tony had originally decided NOT to place Dylan on the All-Stars Team but they called a few days ago and had a child drop out at the last minute and needed a replacement fast, so Dylan got the slot. He is so excited and had even just asked me that same day if he had time to practice and get better to make the all stars, it must have been meant to be!

We had our last regular season game on Thursday and I am not sure if we won or not but the kids had a good time and thats all that really matters anyway. Today we had our end of the season party at the bowling alley here on post, the kids got to bowl 2 games, have lunch, cake and got their medals, trophies and certificates.

Easter Pics

So I thought I would finally upload my pictures from Easter. We drove up to Peggy and Kenny's late on Saturday night and left Sunday afternoon. Dylan had spring break the following week and he stayed there with his Nana and Papa for the whole spring break. It is strange having him away for so long.

Baseball Coach

Dylan is starting baseball practice this week and Tony is coaching his team along with one of the other players parents. I am excited that Tony is getting to spend time with Dylan like this, I am sure that Tony will be a Wonderful coach and I think that Dylan will get more out of the experience with his dad coaching.

Dylan Catches a fish

Tony took Dylan fishing today and he caught a fish! Tony actually set the hook and Dylan reeled it in. He was excited about it. Just wanted to share.

Christmas at my dad's. It was a great Christmas, I got to see my brother Daniel and his family, Lisa, Lily, Sadi and Ean, my grandma and papa, aunt Michelle and uncle Mike, Hanson, Katherine and Lydia. Of Course I also got to see mom, dad, Christopher, Joshua and Brittany.

Dylan's First Fishing Trip

Dylan got a fishing pole for Christmas and Tony took him fishing Tuesday. It was near sunset and Dylan didn't catch anything but he had fun, Tony caught a small fish, large mouth bass I think. Anyway here are the pictures from the trip.
